IF Illustration Friday: WINGS

 
     I have been SO busy readying for the SCBWI Conference this past week that I don't have much time to devote to this post... Sorry Guys.   When I get back I'll post some of the development work and original sketches for this piece.

    Once again another calendar piece pertaining to future vocations that kids can think about.  This is "AUGUST."   The vocation obviously being a pilot.  There really isn't any major American Holiday in August so I decided it could revolve around a General Birthday Theme.  Not my birthday, as I am a July baby. ;0)
